Ethan Schoeppner
PRESIDENT, GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Ethan grew up with all things construction. His father was a well-respected custom home builder in western Iowa for over 30 years, giving Ethan personal experience in every aspect of the building process. After graduating from Iowa State he started building custom cabinets, trimming and finishing houses, as well as remodeling homes in the metro.
Ethan believes every project deserves the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. With his knowledge and understanding from start to finish, quality will always come first with Husk Homes.
Patrick Elbert
REALTOR®, SALES MANAGER
Patrick was born with sales in
his blood, both his Mother and his Father’s families operated successful Automotive Dealerships in Northwest Iowa for over 65 years. Patrick always found himself wanting to speak with the customers, and try finding ways to help “close” the deal.
After college Patrick left Ames
for the Des Moines Metro to pursue a career in Real Estate. After 7 years of experience helping people buy, sell, and build homes. He is excited to bring his passion for helping people find the perfect home, and translate that into building the perfect home.
